About Oreal Passage

We believe travel should illuminate the connections between civilizations, not merely transport people between destinations.

Our Mission

A Cultural Travel Company

Oreal Passage was founded on a singular conviction: the cultural corridors between Cambodia and India represent one of history’s most profound and least explored civilizational exchanges. We exist to make these corridors accessible to travellers who value depth over convenience, meaning over spectacle. Our programs are designed in partnership with local scholars, conservation organisations, and community leaders to ensure that every journey contributes to the preservation of the very heritage it celebrates.

Our Philosophy

What We Believe

These convictions shape every journey we design, every partnership we build, and every story we tell.

Landscapes Are Cultural Archives

Every river valley, mountain pass, and coastal plain holds the memory of the civilizations that shaped it. We read landscapes as living documents, not static scenery.

Rivers Shape Civilizations

The Mekong and Brahmaputra are not just waterways. They are the arteries of entire cultures — determining where people settle, what they believe, and how they build.

Travel Should Illuminate, Not Consume

We design journeys that leave travellers with deeper understanding and leave communities stronger. Tourism without reciprocity is extraction.

Connections Matter More Than Destinations

The invisible threads between Angkor and Varanasi, between Tonle Sap and Majuli, are what transform a trip into a journey of meaning.
